Etheridge Shire Council is proud to support the independence and wellbeing of our residents through the development of the Independent Living Facility, located in Georgetown.

Stage 1 of the project comprises six modern, two bedroom dwellings, designed to offer safe, comfortable, and accessible living for eligible community members.

Two of these dwellings are available under the Affordable Housing Scheme, providing an opportunity for those who meet eligibility criteria to access secure, affordable accommodation.

The Independent Living Facility provides a supportive environment for residents seeking to maintain their independence, while remaining connected to the local community.
