Etheridge Shire Council has partnered with Lifeline to offer free, self-paced Psychological First Aid Training for local residents.
This practical online course equips you with the skills and confidence to support people during times of crisis using the Lifeline 3R model; Recognise, Respond and Refer.

Why take this course?
Psychological First Aid helps reduce initial distress, support people after a traumatic event and strengthen long-term resilience. This training is useful in many situations, including natural disasters, community emergencies, serious accidents and periods of personal grief.
