Corporate Plan

The Corporate Plan is the major direction-setting plan for Council for the next 5 years.

The Corporate Plan provides the basis for annual Operational Plans and Budgets for Council.

The Corporate Plan provides a framework for assessing and reporting (to the people of Etheridge Shire) Council¡¦s performance over the next 5 years.

It paints a picture of where the Etheridge Shire community wants to be in 2012 and how Council will work to achieve that vision.

It indicates how Council will respond to the expected changes that will affect our community and Council (as an organisation) over the next 5 years.

It stresses the importance of working to meet the community¡¦s needs over the next 5 years without compromising the ability of future generations of Etheridge residents to meet their own needs.
